Do my monthly credits roll over?
Yes, we allow a one-month rollover, with a maximum of 12 credits at any time. This provides added flexibility while maintaining the consistency that drives the best results.
Are my credits transferable?
Credits are designed for your personal wellness program and are not transferable to other individuals.
Is my membership rate guaranteed?
Yes. Your membership rate remains locked in as long as your membership stays active. Members may join at different rates over time, but your rate will not change while your membership is active.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Memberships can be canceled at any time. If you choose to cancel and later rejoin, membership would be subject to the rate available at that time.
Can I purchase additional credits?
Yes. Members may purchase additional credits for $50 per credit, allowing you to add additional treatments whenever you would like.
Do I need to visit the club every month?
No. While many members enjoy using the longevity therapies at the club regularly, some aspects of your protocol—including peptide therapies—can be delivered directly to your home.
